MS Project Management and BS Computer Science from UMT Lahore, plus a Masters in Business Studies. This meets the qualification requirements for skilled worker and EU Blue Card routes.

I ran the day-to-day delivery of facility and development projects across a working medical complex. I planned schedules, tracked milestones and reported cost and risk to management. I applied health and safety controls on site, including risk assessments, permit-to-work, contractor induction and incident reporting. I also coordinated contractors, vendors and procurement, and built the hospital store inventory system covering purchasing, billing, departmental stock and over 30 management reports.
